AAA Business Brokers
was founded in 1987 in Naples, Florida. As the company grew,
a second office was added in Ft. Myers with a third office
opened in Orlando in 1994. The company has consistently specialized
in the marketing of large and small businesses of all types.
These sales may or may not include the Real Estate from which
the businesses operate. In March 2000, AAA acquired Goldcrest
Commercial Business consultants of Altamonte Springs.
The Orlando area operation is owned and
managed by John Hoyt, Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Hoyt
was first licensed in California in 1975 and has held a Florida
Real Estate License since 1988. As a Commercial Division Manager
for a large national real estate firm, Mr. Hoyt supervised
the efforts of up to 10 commercial and business brokers. Later,
as a loan officer for some of the major banks in the U. S.,
he originated and closed over 500 mortgage loans, many to
local business owners. He has served as Secretary and MLS
Chairman on the State Board of Directors of The Florida Business
Brokers Association and is a Past President of The Central
Florida Chapter.
The Orlando area staff consists of the top
professionals in the area. We are supported by attorneys and
accountants who specialize in business sales. Our agents have
a wealth of experience in such diverse fields as banking,
insurance, publishing, retail management as well as commercial
and residential brokerage. Most have owned and operated businesses
in the past. Our membership in the Business Brokers of Florida
(BBF) connects us to over 400 other professionals in the state.
The company currently operates from a first class office facility
in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
